Can I purchase my tickets in person?
We strongly suggest purchasing tickets online in advance. Tickets will be available for purchase in person at the Gardens by the Bay Ticketing Counters from 12 July 2024.
What forms of payment do you accept?
The official website of Gardens by the Bay accepts credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB).
What are the ticketing fees? Can I avoid those if I purchase tickets in person?
There are no ticketing fees.
Do I need to pay extra to enter the Gardens if I only want to visit the experience?
Gardens by the Bay is a horticultural attraction that is open to all visitors. If one chooses to visit any of the conservatories such as Flower Dome, then a ticket must be purchased either online or at a ticketing counter on-site.
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets to Impressions of Monet can be purchased through the Gardens by the Bay website from 13 June onwards. Tickets purchased via third-party travel agents are subject to their terms and conditions which include limitations on ticket validity and refund policies.
Tickets will be available for purchase in person at the Gardens by the Bay Ticketing Counters from 12 July 2024.

At what time is the last on-site ticket sale?
The Ticketing Counters operate from 9 am to 9 pm, but the last admission to Flower Dome is 8.00 pm.
Does my child need a ticket to enter?
Anyone 3 years old and above will need a ticket to enter.
Do you offer any group pricing?

What is your refund and exchange policy?
Impressions of Monet ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable and void if altered.
If someone exits the event, can they enter Flower Dome again with the same ticket?
Tickets are only valid for a single visit on the stipulated date. Re-entry is not allowed.
What ages are appropriate for Impressions of Monet? Do all ages require a ticket to enter?
Impressions of Monet is open to everyone of all ages. Those 3 years old and above will require a ticket to enter.
What if I can't make my reservation date/time?

Do I need to print my ticket?
If you have purchased tickets online, your e-ticket will allow entry. You will not need to print your ticket.

Is Impression of Monet Sensory friendly? / loud noises / sound effects
No, Impressions of Monet is not Sensory friendly. Light, colour and sound will be projected on an enormous scale.
What ages are appropriate for Impression of Monet?
Impressions of Monet is suitable for guests of all ages.
Are toddlers/babies allowed inside?
Yes, children under age three do not require a ticket and can enter with any paying adult.
How long does the event take?
Visitors can enjoy Impressions of Monet in Flower Dome at their own pace. Most visits will take an average of 1-2 hours.
Is there merchandise available?
Yes, merchandise will be available at the Impressions of Monet retail space in Flower Dome.
What are the difference between attending during the day and at night?
There is no difference between attending during the day and at night. Feel free to visit Impressions of Monet any time within visiting hours. We strongly encourage purchasing tickets online in advance, for convenience. Do factor in time for traffic delays and parking availability when visiting.
What is Impressions of Monet?
In this one-of-a-kind multi-experiential display, a digital experience brings to life the iconic and timeless artworks of impressionist painter Claude Monet.
Can I bring my camera?
Filming and photography for your personal memories are welcome. To ensure a more pleasant photo-taking experience, wedding couples are strongly encouraged to arrange their photoshoot on weekdays only or book a photoshoot session that includes the accompanying Gardens Ambassador.

What is the closest MRT station?
Via the Circle Line or Downtown Line:
Alight at Bayfront MRT Station (CE1/DT16), then take Exit B and follow the underground linkway. Exit and cross the Dragonfly Bridge or Meadow Bridge into Gardens by the Bay
Via the East-West Line:
Alight at Tanjong Pagar MRT Station (EW15), then take exit C and head towards bus stop no. 03223 located at International Plaza, Anson Road. Hop onto bus 400 and alight at bus stop no. 03371 along Marina Gardens Drive.
Via the Thomson East-Coast Line:
Alight at Gardens by the Bay (TE22), then take exit 1 into Gardens by the Bay (beside Satay by the Bay).

Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available. Check the Gardens by the Bay website for parking locations and rates.
Are there disabled parking bays and if so where are they located?
Yes, there are disabled parking bays. However, disabled parking is not free of charge. More information is available on the Gardens by the Bay website.
Are there any cycle racks?
Cycling in the Gardens:
Bicycles/tricycles, roller skates, skateboards and scooters are prohibited in the Gardens. If you are cycling to Bay South Gardens, please secure your bike at the bike stands available and enjoy the Gardens on foot. Cycling is permitted along the waterfront promenade and Scented Walk in Bay South Garden and the perimeter of Bay East Garden. Find more information at the Gardens by the Bay website.
Are there restrooms available inside the experience?
Restrooms are available at Gardens by the Bay both inside and outside of the Impressions of Monet event space.
Are strollers and/or diaper bags or backpacks allowed inside?
Walkers, mobility scooters, and other mobility aids are permitted inside the experience, including wagons, strollers and diaper bags. Please be advised that all bags and personal items are subject to inspection. Find additional information on the Gardens by the Bay website.
Prohibited and Permissible Personal items
We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the exhibition, all bags entering or leaving the space, including purses, are subject to inspection. Please note that backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted in the exhibit.

- Small personal point-and-shoot cameras, including smartphones
- Wagons, strollers, and diaper bags
Prohibited Items:
- Backpacks, duffle bags, and large purses
- Paints and aerosols
- Indelible markers
- Weapons of any type
- Food and beverages of any type (including alcohol)
- Bikes, helmets, skateboards, Heelys, rollerblades, and non-mobility aid scooters are not permitted
- Camping chairs
- Professional photo or video equipment
- Tripods
- Any item deemed by exhibit security or venue management to be inappropriate
- Kite flying (including remote-controlled kites)

Is Impressions of Monet wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible with lift access required for certain areas. Our onsite staff will provide the directions. Check the Gardens by the Bay website for more information.
Are pets allowed inside?
Pets are not permitted to enter any conservatories including Flower Dome; however, they may explore the outdoor gardens as long as they are leashed. Please check the Gardens by the Bay website for additional information.
Are food allowed?
Food and drinks are prohibited in Impressions of Monet and Flower Dome.
